We had two glorious weeks in this beautiful apartment overlooking the sea.
The website hardly does it justice as everything you could possibly need is on offer. Furnishings and decor are 5 star and it would be hard to beat the large luxurious towels and the bedding.
Mandy and Perry were very welcoming and the best hosts we have come across. Experiencing a power cut one evening, they insisted on coming over with lights, candles etc, even though we said we were ok. They really went the extra mile.
The location of the apartment is excellent, with parking at the rear and restaurants minutes away. One of our favourites, Stay, is just a 15 minute stroll and for a less expensive and very friendly option, Sol y Mar is only 5 minutes down the road. On our second visit we were given larger glasses of wine and complimentary liqueurs !
The apartment is directly opposite the beach, with sunbeds etc, but the apartment does have a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to use. There were also gifts of wine, water, nibbles, milk, tea, coffee etc.
We would highly recommend a stay here.

This was one of the best holiday experiences we've had. The apartment is beautiful and has everything one could wish for. It's maintained to the highest possible standard and its location couldn't be bettered - directly opposite the beach and a short walk to the town centre. The hosts are very welcoming, brilliantly organised and accessible at any time if issues arise. We loved it!

We loved our stay in Can Sivella. The apartment is light, bright, thoughtfully furnished and equipped and has one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. It is situated in a peaceful area only a ten minute walk from the town and buses and has the most amazing views of the harbour and mountains. Waking up to wonderful sunrises from the balcony was a special treat. Mandy and Perry provided water, beer, milk, tea, coffee pods, etc to ease our arrival and were particularly welcoming and gracious hosts. Would most definitely recommend this apartment.

The apartment was well kitted out and very clean. Shame we didn’t book a longer stay, the balcony was perfect for chilling out and watching the world go by, and seconds away from the pristine beach, what more could you want?”

Arrived late in the evening and Mandy and Perry were at the apartment to meet and greet us and show us around. They provided us with coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, water beer and Cava... everything you need to get you through to the first shop. Apartment was exceptionally furnished and clean and they went the extra mile by helping us out with a couple of loaned sun-loungers and also gave us a lift with our cases down the road on departure day. We had everything we needed for a relaxing two week stay and have rebooked for next year. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Thank you Mandy and Perry

Perry and Mandy are two wonderful hosts who are very helpful and can make a lot of recommendations. This is the second time I have rented the apartment and I have felt very comfortable each time. The apartment is very clean and everything is available what is needed.

It was not our first time in Puerto de Pollença, but we, my granddaughter and I, had never stayed in such a wonderful apartment before. It had everything you could wish for, it was clean and stylish. The location was ideal with the sea right in front of us and shops and restaurants close by.
We were welcomed most kindly by Perry and Mandy, who were very helpful in every way.

Wow this apartment has the most amazing views. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for your stay. Has comfortable furniture on the balcony to relax on and take in the magnificent views. We will definitely be back.

Wonderfully relaxing experience
Seaside location in Puerto Pollensa very close to the beach in fact opposite side of the road to the sea. Impressive views from the apartment balcony particularly of the sunrises each day. Very close to the local attractions and facilities. Many eating places within easy walking distance catering for all tastes. Various bus rides and boat trips close by and well worth taking. Exceeded our expectations and have no hesitation in recommending this apartment for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful location.

I want to keep it a secret

Superbe appartement avec un emplacement idéal face à la mer et accès à la plage immédiat. Belle terrasse pour pouvoir y manger matin ,midi et soir.Situé à dix minutes du centre ville avec tous les restaurants et à proximité d'une supérette.
L'équipement de l'appartement est haut de gamme avec électro ménager complet, connexion wifi avec ethernet en fibre optique idéale pour se connecter avec du haut débit, belle décoration avec deux canapés.
C'est donc l'endroit idéal pour passer des super vacances dans la plus belle station de cette île que nous fréquentons régulièrement depuis 1973. La municipalité de Puerto de Pollensa a su garder le charme de cette station tout en y apportant les évolutions nécessaires et en augmentant fortement les zones piétonnes.
Et l'accueil de Mandy et Perry est très chaleureux.

Highly Recommend
We had the most fabulous week staying in this apartment in Puerto Pollensa. The apartment itself is well appointed, clean and fresh with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning. The stunning factor to this apartment is the large balcony that looks right over the sea and port. From which you can watch the world go by on a comfortable settee or eat your meals overlooking the ocean from the outside table. You are within a two-minute walk to the beach and sea.
The apartment is in close walking distance to two small supermarkets, pharmacy and a multitude of restaurants, shops and hotels.
This holiday rental has everything and I would highly recommend this one-bedroom apartment.

I have just returned from a week at Can Sivella - what a perfect apartment. Location is fabulous, but what makes it special is how well equipped and comfortable the apartment is. Lovely furniture, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed with good quality bedding, great shower and really nice balcony furniture. Everything about it made my stay perfect.
Perry and Mandy are great hosts (even when I locked myself out) and I will definitely be returning.

Excellent location, comfortably furnished
Looking onto the beach, the bay and the hills beyond, this location is hard to beat. Rise early and view the dawn colours from the balcony. Furniture throughout the apartment is comfortable and clean. Two settees and a third outdoors were appreciated. The kitchen is well equipped. There is ample space to prepare food. The town centre is a short easy walk away but there are also restaurants very nearby. Supermarkets are within easy reach while only two minutes away is a well stocked local spar. The apartment owners are welcoming and helpful and reply quickly to any queries. We plan to return.

Thank you for a super couple of weeks at Can Sivella Seaview, we decided to return to Mallorca in November this year, Perry and Mandy made our stay in their apartment a joy starting with a very warm welcome in their stylish modern apartment, it has all the facilities you could need, It is fully equipped from the full choice of streaming television channels, free fast internet, bluetooth speaker, fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, washing machine including very comfortable soft furnishings and double bed. Sadly the weather was not kind to us during our stay so we were very grateful for the warmth and comfort of the air conditioned apartment and on the rainy days we were able to take advantage of the spectacular views it commands over the port of Pollenca. There is also a small terrace with table, chairs and sofa where you can sit and start your day with a coffee and breakfast of your choice whilst soaking in the unique position the apartment commands. There is also free easy parking at both the to front and the rear of the apartment.
Can Sivella Seaview is the perfect location for a beach holiday or indeed if you want to use it as a base to discover the island as Palma is only 40 minutes drive away and the island has many other small towns with weekly markets to explore also there are a number of super restaurants to tempt you with their local dishes the two we recommend in walking distance are “Stay" and "Casa Villa Del Mar" both are within a very short stroll of the flat offering not only views over the port but delicious cuisine to satisfy all tastes.
We cannot thank Mandy and Perry enough for their hospitality and look forward to our return trip to the island and Can Sivella Seaview next year.

This apartment is just terrific in every way. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will definitely revisit.
Location:
- right on the seafront, so easy for beach access and swimming
- amazing views from the balcony over the sea, mountains and port. Particularly spectacular at sunrise
- close to bars and restaurants. Only 10 minutes walk into the Port.

- stylish and simple decoration and furnishing
- well kitted-out kitchen area, including dishwasher and washing machine. In fact everything you need
- comfortable bedroom with plenty of hanging/storage space
- excellent bathroom and shower
- media facilities were particularly user friendly. So we could access Netflix (with our account) and many other TV stations. There was a Bluetooth speaker so we could download music. Wi-fi was totally reliable (and free)

A truly perfect stay
Can Sivella Seaview is a magical place. It’s clean, modern and very stylish with absolutely every home comfort you would wish for (and I am very fussy!). The location is spot on. Lovely restaurants in all directions and that view is totally stunning. Waking up to watch the sun rise over the sea each morning was breathtaking. Mandy and Perry have thought of everything. The kitchen is really well equipped, so we were able to have lovely meals on the fabulous balcony with the best view in the port. I’ve never taken so many photos. We’ve been coming to Pollensa for 21 years and have always enjoyed trying different places to rent but nothing compares to Mandy and Perry’s place. We spent the whole holiday wishing it was ours and we can’t wait to come back.

Had a perfect week in Can Sivella Seaview. Mandy and Perry welcomed us to their lovely place to ensure we had everything we needed from the outset. The Apartment is completely perfect and it has everything you need for a luxury self catering break. Everything is of great comfort and high standard. We ate out in the evenings as Puerto Pollensa has so many fabulous restaurants but with the stunning view and location we also enjoyed a few lovely lunches on the balcony watching the world go by🥂😊. The view is idyllic! We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and look forward to doing so!

This is a best-of-both-worlds apartment. Close to the beach, but in the quiet zone on the edge of the main strip - just a short hop from all the dining options that Puerto Pollenca has to offer. We loved the sunrise yoga on the beach and local SUP hire to explore the bay. Can Sivella Seaview was the perfect place to come back to after our activities - to freshen up and go out on the town in the evenings. The little kitchen area has a perfect set up and the shower and comfy bed really do the job nicely. With a killer view of the sea every time you look out, this is the kind of place I'd come back to in a heartbeat.

We absolutely loved our stay at Can Sivella Seaview. Indeed, the sea view from the balcony is absolutely WOW! The balcony has a lovely sofa where we sipped coffee as the sun came up and enjoyed sundowners watching the mountains across the bay glow the most beautiful pink hues. The apartment is very well equipped and stylish with a super comfy bed. The location is perfect - opposite a quiet section of sandy beach, close to town but very peaceful. A great spot to swim and relax on the beach. A short walk along the promenade to the right takes you to some fab restaurants (Swing and Siurell). Turn left and walk straight into the centre of the Port with all the great bars and restaurants there.
